This is incredible. I’ve walked by Joe sitting on his corner shredding carrots and charming the crowd in Union Square nearly every weekend and I can’t help but smile every time. He’s so cheery and enthusiastic about his product, and now, to learn that he’s a Park Ave. millionaire, well now it all just comes together. What a great story!
